What is your favorite law school memory?

My favorite law school memories are the numerous study sessions and late night hangouts with my friends, attending the 2020 Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition in Washington, DC, and the many hilarious in-class moments with professors. In particular, when Professor Cardi wrote on the wall during contracts my 1L year, when Professor Bastress started our first day of Con Law by forgetting the syllabus and having to get them from his office, and Professor Taylor's puppet show explaining Frank v. Maryland in CrimPro.

Who/what inspired you to to go law school?

Since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to be a lawyer and help people. Moreover, my 4-H involvement and my grandparents heavily influenced/inspired me to attend law school, especially my pappy.

Who would you like to thank?

First, I would like to thank my amazing grandparents. Without their love, strength, support, and encouragement, I wouldn't be graduating law school. Additionally, I want to thank my law school ride or die, Amy Post, for her support, help, love, and friendship. I'm so glad we met and I don't know how I would have survived law school without you, your brother and our love for board games, and my Morgantown Momma! Lastly, I want to thank my amazing boyfriend and family for putting up with all my mental breakdowns, my numerous rants of how I'm going to end up living in a cardboard box because I'm going to fail law school, my non-stop procrastination practices and freak outs, and all the other crazy things I did or said in the past 3 years. All of your were there to support me, listen to my craziness, help me through some of the hardest times of my life, and did it all while providing me with unconditional love and many laughs! I love you all and am so thankful that your in my life!
