Photography
Marketing & Communications provides or schedules photographic services for WVU College of Law. We require at least a two-week notice for photography requests.
We take official headshots for WVU Law faculty, staff and students, including the annual 3L Class Composite.
We take news photos throughout the year for use on our website and in social media and publications. In the event that we stage a marketing photo shoot, you may be asked to fill out a release form.

WVU University Relations provides video services on a larger, professional scale. Scheduling should be done through Marketing & Communications at least three weeks prior to need.
Webcast
Events in Lugar Courtroom and the Event Hall can be webcast (streamed live) and archived. This function is managed by Keith Walton and Ken Price.

Webcasts at off-campus locations, such as at Erickson Alumni Center, are produced by University Relations for a cost and should be coordinated through Marketing & Communications. They are not archived.
