Land Conservation Attorney
Jason Walls joined the Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic in the fall of 2012. Walls is a 2005 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law and graduated in 1996 from WVU with a BS in Geology. Following law school, he served 2 years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Irene M. Keeley, then Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Walls then worked several years as a litigator and title attorney for firms in Morgantown, West Virginia. His practice experience includes real property disputes, wills and estates.
