Favorite law school memory

There's so many, but here's a few:

- Every Criminal Procedure class with Professor Taylor. It's the best class I've ever taken, and I even had fun in the final, which might just be because there's something wrong with me. But the hypos in the final were so fantastic.

- Rafting w/ my legal writing professor, Professor Krech, during my 1L year.

- Professor Cady throwing pink highlighters at a 1L during our law school orientation until he caught one. The 1L ended up with a dozen highlighters.

- Listening to the final arguments of the Energy Moot Court competition in 2020, since it was a problem I had written, it was very fun to see the competitors argue and what they decided was important.

Inspiration

I was inspired to go to law school because of all the environmental degradation in this world. I wanted to go to law school to help fix it.

Special thanks

I'd like to thank Professors Van Nostrand, Taylor, Richardson, McGinley, and Krech. I learned so much from each of them, and my law school experience would not have been the same without them. I want to give a special thanks to Professor Van Nostrand for giving me such incredible opportunities with the Energy Moot Court competition and for trusting me so much. It wasn't exactly fun writing the energy moot court problem and bench brief, but it was a very great learning experience that I'm incredibly grateful for. I would also like to thank Melanie Stimeling for reading every paper I've ever written in law school. Her constant support and guidance helped me improve my writing skills throughout law school.
