Tuesday, February 28:
West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals in residence at College of Law
The session will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Lugar Courtroom with three cases on the docket. More information can be found here.
Baker Cup Final at 1:30 p.m.
The annual competition between second-year law students in traditionally judged by
the West Virginia Supreme Court. The argument this year is a Fourth Amendment issue
about using cell phone (cell-site) location information in a criminal investigation.

Mental Health & the Legal Profession: A Panel Discussion
