We typically respond to counseling requests within a business day, with the exception of weekends, evenings, and university/state holidays. We try and offer appointments within 5-7 business days.
If you are in need of more urgent counseling/consultation, please call the Carruth Center at 304-293-4431 to speak with a counselor sooner. They have counselors available 24/7 over weekends, evenings, and university/state holidays.
