First Assignment
The book for the course is Kamisar, LaFave, Israel, King, Kerr & Primus,MODERN CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, West Pub., 13th ed. 2012, along with the 2013 Supplement to the 13th ed. (which you can share with others if you are so inclined).
For the first class session, Tuesday, August 20 at 11:30, please read as background Chapter 1, pp. 2-24, and read and be prepared to discuss Sections 1,5, & 6 of Chapter 2.
