WVU Student Recreation Center
WVU’s Student Recreation Center a 177,000 sq. ft. facility is located less than a mile from the College of Law. The facility features weight and fitness equipment; a 50-foot climbing wall; a three-court gym for basketball, volleyball, and badminton; a 3-lane, elevated track; racquetball courts; a squash court; a café; a leisure pool with a bench-style entry; a whirlpool that seats 20; a six-lane pool for laps; and an outdoor recreation center where students can check out ski, camping, and other equipment. Aerobics, yoga, cycle-fit, and martial arts are offered. A friendly staff assists with personal exercise and nutritional programs. Complimentary child care during evenings and weekends, long operating hours, and ample parking make the Student Recreation Center convenient for the busy law student.
