The West Virginia Law Review publishes one volume, consisting of three issues, annually. Subscriptions run from August through May.
- Domestic price per volume: $30 individual ($27 agency)
- International price per volume: $40
Subscriptions are renewed automatically each year. Checks should be payable to the West Virginia Law Review and mailed to:

Address changes must be received four weeks prior to publication date to ensure delivery. Please include both old and new addresses.
Complete electronic content of the West Virginia Law Review is also available via HeinOnline, Westlaw, and LexisNexis on a subscription basis.
The West Virginia Law Review invites you to submit unsolicited manuscripts to be considered for publication. We welcome articles, essays, and book reviews on a wide range of legal topics, and give serious consideration to every submission made.
We accept submission in either electronic or hard-copy form. Electronic submissions can be sent in Microsoft Word format to the West Virginia Law Review at wvulawreview@gmail.com, or submitted via Digital Commons or Scholastica.
We also invite the submission of unsolicited manuscripts for the West Virginia Law Review Online.
Submissions should be limited to 5,000 words or less, including footnotes. The Law Review Online accepts submissions either electronically or in hard copy form. Electronic submissions should be sent in Microsoft Word format to the West Virginia Law Review at wvulawreview@gmail.com.
