Rosalind Lister

Assistant Director for Career Services

What do you do at WVU Law?

My work includes career counseling, and preparing students for their legal careers by teaching job search skills such as resume and cover letter writing, interviewing, networking, and how to use on-line career resources. Additionally, I work with employers and alumni in developing job and internship opportunities, and providing a robust on-campus interviewing program. Programming on various aspects of career development and job searching is provided each year by career services personnel, and visiting speakers.

I am an advisor for the Women's Leadership Council, a WVU Law student organization, and I have previously served as Interim Assistant Dean for Career Services.

Education and Previous Experience

My previous professional experience ranges from career counselor and adjunct faculty member, to director of career services. My higher education work has included time with Central Washington University, Loras College, and Wabash College.
