Assistant Director for Career Services
What do you do at WVU Law?
My work includes career
counseling, and preparing students for their legal careers by teaching job search
skills such as resume and cover letter writing, interviewing, networking, and how
to use on-line career resources. Additionally, I work with employers and alumni
in developing job and internship opportunities, and providing a robust on-campus
interviewing program. Programming on various aspects of career development and
job searching is provided each year by career services personnel, and visiting
I am an advisor for the Women's Leadership Council, a WVU Law student organization, and I have previously served as Interim Assistant Dean for Career Services.
Education and Previous Experience
My previous professional experience ranges from career counselor and adjunct faculty member, to director of career services. My higher education work has included time with Central Washington University, Loras College, and Wabash College.
