Child & Family Law Clinic

  • Credit Hours: 7 credit hours per semester
  • Pre-requisites: none
  • Minimum number of semesters: 2 semesters

Land Use & Sustainable Development Law Clinic

  • Credit Hours: 14 credit hours
  • Pre-requisites: Preference for Land Use Law
  •   Minimum number of semesters: 2 semesters Year of eligibility: 3L's Application Requirements: Cover letter or e-mail expressing interest in LUSD Clinic, resume and unofficial law school transcript. Application deadlines will be announced each semester during the middle of the semester.

Immigration Clinic

  • Pre-requisites: Immigration, either taken prior to or concurrent with enrollment in the Immigration Clinic
  • Minimum number of semesters: 2 semesters
  • Year of eligibility: 2Ls may be accepted, although there is a preference for 3Ls

Taxpayer Advocacy Clinic

  • Credit Hours: 7 credit hours per semester
  • Pre-requisites: Tax I
  • Minimum number of semesters: 2 semesters
  • Year of eligibility: 3L
