Real Practice. Real Community Impact.

Gateways to exceptional legal education and service experiences start at our WVU Law clinics. Our clinical program works like an actual law firm. Under faculty supervision, students conduct interviews, prepare briefs, appear in court, negotiate, and travel to visit clients.

Meet Aryanna

WVU Law was instrumental in shaping my passion in public interest work. I was afforded so many great opportunities to help underserved West Virginians. I was able to help a variety of clients through fellowships at Mountain State Justice and the Monongalia County Public Defender’s Office. My time at WVU Law has set me up for success in aiding West Virginia’s most vulnerable populations.
